Digital Marketing & Innovation Lead - FinTech (3-8 yrs)

Role: Digital Marketing & Innovation
Location: Gurgaon
Role Details:
(i) Conceptualizing, developing and executing the company's digital marketing strategy and leading the transformation to best-in-class in the digital area
(ii) Building innovative online marketing through PPC (SEM, FB, Display, Media buying), Affiliate marketing, SEO, Mobile App and Web
(iii) Marketing and business analytics and will get a lot of learning and implementation opportunities on the job as you discover and implement innovative strategies.
(iv) The role requires lot of new business thinking, creating and testing new concepts and opportunities regularly, and scaling successful experiments
(v) Measuring, analyzing and understanding digital marketing metrics to drive marketing decisions
(vi) Analyzing the results and funnel to optimize campaign ROI and towards generating a positive return for the company
(viii) Platform scope - : Web, Mweb, App
The role is challenging and entrepreneurial in nature and is bound to bestow a lot learning upon you. This is a very high visibility role
Desired candidate's experience/ education
(i) Significant experience managing integrated campaigns across search (SEO & PPC), CRM, paid social (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest), display, affiliates
(ii) Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Firebase, Tune etc)
(iii) Experience with A/B and multivariate testing techniques and tools (Optimizely, etc.)
(iv) Experience with attribution modelling and working closely with business intelligence
(v) Experience building paid media programs from the ground up and scaling teams
(vi) Experience creating and implementing testing frameworks for growth
(vii) Must have experience of working in a startup, a digital first company and must have worked at a large scale also
(viii) Analytics - high proficiency required
Education
Looking at pedigree candidates with education background from one of the IIT's/BITS/NITs and a CGPA of 7+/10 with not more than 3-6 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Analytics/Consulting only. Post-graduate from Tier-I Institutes (IIM/ FMS/ XL) only.
