Digital Marketing/Flash Marketing Role - Internet/Online (3-6 yrs)
We have an opportunity with of our client who are into products.
Looking for candidates with experience in Digital marketing especially Flash marketing.
The JD is as follows:
Role: Digital Marketing Manager
Exp: 3-6 years
Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Growth metrics [Traffic, New customer acquisition, Engagement, Repeat]
2. Work on all major marketing channels [SMS, Display, Email, other content platforms] for executing Credit campaigns
3. Manage the content on Credit App; Review & QC - Onsite Banners design and content
4. Coordinate with marketing, Customer Care, Social media, Finance, Product, IT, Social media post, On site Prices (Marketing, Ops)
5. Customer Escalations - Follow up with relevant teams, set up a process to resolve complaints (Ops)
6. Plan for major festive campaigns (Diwali, Christmas, Independence Day sales, Anniversary)
7. Manage T & Cs for Offers, promotions
8. Coordinate with internal teams for contests and Prize winners.
9. Operate official SNS account (Facebook, twitter, Instagram etc.)
10. Competitor benchmarking
Desired Competency:
1. Experience in Digital marketing and Integrated marketing communication in internet industry is highly preferred
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
3. Strong data analytical skills
4. Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
