We are in search of a versatile and dynamic Digital Marketing Designer to join our expanding in-house marketing team. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing our WordPress-based website, requiring a keen eye for design execution, a solid grasp of SEO implementation, and a passion for driving digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Website Management:

- Oversee and maintain the company's WordPress website using Elementor as the theme builder.

- Incorporate WP Toolset/Types for merging dynamic data from custom fields, taxonomy, and relationships.

Form Integration:

- Manage and optimize Gravity Forms for efficient form collection, automation initiation, and webhooks.

MarTech Stack Integration:

- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure seamless integration to initiate campaign nurture messaging based on user integration.

- Connect functionality for CMS to pipe data to CRM for effective customer relationship management and lifecycle engagement.

Digital Marketing Strategy:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, with a focus on enhancing the website's design and user experience.

- Monitor and analyze website performance using analytics tools and implement necessary optimizations.

Design Execution:

- Bring a keen eye for design to ensure the website reflects the brand aesthetic and provides an optimal user experience.

SEO Implementation:

- Implement basic SEO strategies to improve the website's search engine visibility and ranking.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and implement digital solutions that align with business objectives.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing and optimizing WordPress websites, preferably with hands-on experience using Elementor and WP Toolset/Types.

- Strong proficiency in Gravity Forms for form collection and automation.

- Familiarity with Braze or similar tools for message orchestration.

- Experience with CRM systems and customization.

- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, analytics, design execution, and basic SEO principles.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
