- Position: AdWords -Customer Support Specialist
- Location: Hyderabad
- Shift Model: 5-Day Working, Rotational Shifts (24/7)
- Weekly Offs: Rotational
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Graduates & Above
- Experience: 1-2 years in Customer Service or Sales roles, specifically for AdWords projects
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Language Proficiency: English (Advanced level)
- Skill set : Google AdWords, Campaign optimization, PPC, budgeting.
- Pressure Handling: Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service via phone, chat, and email for high-profile clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and consistently exceed performance targets.
- Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, handling online interactions with customers.
