Digital Marketing & Client Servicing Role (4-15 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Optimize client lead generation and conversion rates through a combination of growth marketing and inbound marketing strategies.
- Create and execute marketing strategies that will drive up site traffic, convert that traffic into new leads into customers, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Find new growth opportunities within already-used channels as well as outside (explore new avenues/ growth hacks) to attract new and engaged users.
- Create content for every stage of the buyer journey, increase conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads
- Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns by leveraging your knowledge of SEO, social, content marketing, emailers, CRO and PPC. The ultimate goal is drive customer acquisition.
- Curate insights from social and Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO to map customer journeys and buyer segments.
- Continuously improve and optimise websites to drive customers through the funnel.
- Create reports/dashboards that gives clients a panoramic view of all marketing channels and performance of every marketing activity.
- Work closely with sales and use analytics to understand how we can improve our marketing campaigns to convert more leads into customers.
- Manage weekly or fortnightly client meetings - discuss their analytics, share the progress, discuss any new assignments that are coming up, brainstorm how team can optimize each conversion path.

- Atleast 4-6 years of experience in building SEO, growth marketing, digital marketing and content marketing strategies
- Extensive knowledge about web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics
- Experience with Hubspot and Zoho
- Prociency in using Google Analytics (Google Analytics Individual Qualication is a plus)
- Basic coding skills in Javascript, JQuery, HTML, and CSS
- Expert at CRO and knows how to use smart CTAs to improve traffic to lead conversion.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
- A hacker's type mentality, full of curiosity and creativity.
