Digital Marketing Ads Specialist (3-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
2. Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
3. Performance Analysis:
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track and report on key performance metrics.
- Generate regular reports and provide insights on campaign performance, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations.
4. Ad Creation and Testing:
- Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and ensure maximum effectiveness.
5. Budget Management:
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient use of resources while maximizing campaign impact.
- Monitor spending and adjust budgets as necessary to meet performance targets.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Communicate campaign progress and results to stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent understanding of PPC, CPC, CPM, and other digital advertising metrics.
- Proven ability to create engaging and high-converting ad content.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms is a plus.
