The Job
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Identify trends and insights
- Allocate marketing investments
- Plan and direct marketing campaigns
- Manage an organization's website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind
- Optimize content for the website and social media platforms
- Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.
- Track the website traffic flow
- Implement and analyze performance metrics
- Measure and assess goals vis-vis ROI
- Device experiments and conversion tests
- Provide internal reports regularly
- Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Digital Marketing within Internet industry.
- SEO, SEM, PPC and Paid Socials
- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.
- Experience within social media / Viral Marketing and Performance marketing would be a strong advantage.
- You have good knowledge of Google Analytics.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
