Digital Marketer - InsurTech Startup (1-4 yrs)
Looking for a high-energy, high enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills to join our rapidly growing organization as a critical part of the marketing team. This is the perfect opportunity for self-motivated, determined marketing fresher to create a massive impact for a disruptive InsurTech start-up.
The Digital Marketer position is a cross-functional role that requires a broad range of skills and experience in support of our key marketing objectives and goals. We are looking to hire a stellar marketing professional who will:
- Implement and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns that drive website traffic and conversions (including on & off-page SEO, SEM)
- Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
- Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
- Effectively communicate key marketing insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Serve as a liaison between Marketing, Sales, and Design teams.
- Effectively manage daily administrative tasks, prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics.
- Collect and analyze behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings) for our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence over social media
- Assess, propose, and implement new digital marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing, design, and web development teams to generate digital assets.
- Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events.
What Are We Looking For :
- 1 to 4 years of experience in marketing for SaaS enterprises (added advantage: previous experience working in SaaS organizations).
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications required.
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience reading and analyzing data to gain actionable insights.
- Ability to interact with senior leadership internally to gather insights.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously.
- Ability to think strategically, with excellent documentation skills.
- A growth mindset and passionate about building things from the ground up and most importantly, you should be fun to work with.
Bonus Skills : Experience with infographics/minor visual assets creation.
