Digital Marketer (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketer to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing and a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Content Creation:
- Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including website, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing materials.
SEO and SEM:
Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
Manage SEM campaigns, including Google Ads, to increase visibility and generate leads.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand presence and engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to align with industry changes.
Analytics and Reporting:
Use tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and marketing automation platforms to track performance and generate reports.
Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing effectiveness.
Email Marketing:
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and customer retention initiatives.
- Segment email lists and optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversion rates.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, design, and content teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Skills & Technologies:
- Digital Marketing Tools: Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Content Management Systems (CMS): Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
Social Media Platforms: Strong knowledge of social media channels and tools for content management and analytics.
SEO & SEM: Expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques.
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
Creative Skills: Strong writing, editing, and creative skills with a keen eye for detail.
Project Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
