Key Responsibilities :
- Create and implement aggressive SEO strategy (on-page and off-page) based on in-depth research and analysis
- Continually monitoring organic search rankings to increase traffic and sales
- Actively measure results on a daily basis, also keeping in mind key performance indicators (bounce rate, page views, lead volume, etc.)
- Report on the overall SEO health of our web properties & rolling up reports in a meaningful way
- Troubleshoot SEO problems & propose resolutions for SEO implementation issues
- Stay on top of current search engine news, trends, SEO practices, and emerging items of interest
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming for our websites
- Analyze and build dashboards to monitor Companies search performance and of Competitors - set goals and collaborate on quarterly business plans
- Guide and mentor SEO team to execute and achieve SEO success
Skills Required :
- Proven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience with SEO reporting
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
