Digital Manager - Business Development (7-12 yrs)
Pre Requisites :
- Strong knowledge of the digital space
- Ability to collaborate with multiple disciplines to create plans aligned with the client's goals
- Excellent customer engagement and communication skills
- Proven ability to prospect, recruit and manage client relationships
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong presentation, sales and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical orientation and problem solving skills
- Ability to juggle many tasks in parallel without lowering your quality bar
- Strong team player
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the digital space
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Build up and maintain a healthy digital business pipeline by leveraging your own network and prospecting new client relationships
- Work towards achievement of assigned digital revenue targets through focus client acquisition
- Work closely with digital account leads to identify cross and up-selling opportunities with existing clients to increase the size of existing relationships
- Track and report on revenue growth and client acquisition to the management
