Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager to spearhead our sales team and drive new business development in file sales. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, and driving strategic initiatives for business growth.


- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in new business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership & Management:

- Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales executives.

- Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall team performance.

- Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth.

- Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.

- Oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring high conversion rates.

New Business Development:

- Identify and approach potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, and market research.

- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners to drive sustained business growth.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- File Sales Management:

- Take ownership of the file sales process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

- Monitor sales pipeline and forecasts, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer experience.

- Reporting & Analysis:

- Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement.

- Prepare and present detailed reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to senior leadership.

- Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and achieve target

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

- Proven experience (8+ years) in sales management, with a focus on new business development.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term business plans.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
