Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a 30-60-90-day digital marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on SEO, audience engagement, and social media growth. You will lead content curation, social media campaigns, community management, and analytics to increase DHN's reach and influence in the HealthTech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Digital Marketing Plan/Strategy: Assess, create and execute Digital Marketing Plan for 30-60-90 Days with heavy focus on the SEO and increasing audience engagement.

- Social Media Audience Engagement: Assess and execute daily and strategic actions that results in weekly increase of audience across all DHN social channels including DHN Newsletter and HN Mobile App.

- Graphics, Banner and Content Curation: As needed, take quick charge to create engaging graphics, banner and content for the various social media platforms, including text, images, videos and infographics for the audience.

- Running Campaigns: Think, strategize, create and run a weekly campaign aligns with Digital Marketing plan for DHN as well as ScaleHealthTech US.

- Community Management: Regular monitoring and engagement with the DHN Audience on various social media platforms. It included the prompt response on comments, messages and inquiries in professional manner. Build and nurture relationships with followers and influencers.

- Analytics and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing the Key Social Media metrics such as reach, engagement and conversion rates. Providing weekly reports, insights to direct reports highlighting progress made and ideas for improvement.

- Team Collaboration: Proactively collaborate with respected DHN team members to integrate the efforts for social media in line with the digital marketing plan.

- Stay Updated on Trends: Be updated with the social media trends with respect to the Health Tech News and relevant updates. Experimentation and implementation of different strategies for being ahead in the competition.

- Influencer Marketing: Identifying the relevant HeathTech influencers and Brand veterans to amplify reach and engagement.
