Digital Harbor - Campaign & Content Management Role (4-9 yrs)
Responsibilities: Campaign and Content Management
- Lead marketing campaigns throughout the process, including the creation of the content, creative, and campaign. Strive for flawless campaign delivery.
- Drive the process for planning, building, and launching marketing campaigns across multiple channels for both internal and external audience.
- Validate audience list for the respective campaign and keep up to date.
- Create and maintain marketing automations, end to end Customer Journeys and Campaign Building using Automation Builder/Journey Builder
- Report end-to-end campaign performance.
- Should have experience designing landing pages for different campaigns like webinar, whitepaper promotion, lead acquisition.
- Liaise with designers and external agencies to ensure the campaign creative is conceptualized and approved for the internal and external stakeholders.
- Cross-team collaboration skills with a desire to have fun while doing your best job!
- Ensure all activities meet brand guidelines and meet legal & data protection/regulation requirements.
- Should be able to understand company products and develop messaging to promote these technology products.
- Work with cross functional team to gather content and consolidate for different types of marketing collateral.
- Hands-on in weaving engaging stories from existing patterns that would create a lasting impression.
- Listen to video recordings and develop content from videos for internal and external consumption in the form of PDF, explainer videos and infographics.
- Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals.
- Deliver engaging content on a regular basis across several channels (Emailers / explainer videos / social media / Website / blogs & articles etc.)
- Should be able to develop engaging content to attract audience (in-bound marketing)
- Help organize webinars, workshops, and other marketing events.
- Create marketing communication draft for various email and social media campaigns.
- Develop different types of marketing collateral including emailers, explainer videos, magazines, social media content, website blogs & articles, Data Sheet, Case Study etc.
Qualifications and Skills :
- A technology/engineering degree together with post-graduation in marketing/marketing communication
- Have at least 5-7 years- experience of previous campaign management and content & collateral development
- Passion for marketing B2B transformational products
- Experience using marketing technologies such as: Sendinblue, HubSpot (preferably both).
- Strong campaign management skills, and ability to lead multiple priorities.
- Ability to develop flawless content and campaign.
- Require good understanding of HTML.
- Need to have decent understanding of designing responsive email templates, troubleshooting the rendering issues in the email template, update email templates as per campaign requirement.
