Job description : 

- We are looking for a highly skilled Study Abroad Counsellor who is extremely customer-centric and is excited by the challenges of a new emerging business environment with experience in Counselling.

Desired Candidate Profile : 

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and excellent command of the English language.

- Good vocabulary, and impeccable spelling and grammar.

- Coordinating with the students to collect their documents and check their authenticity and eligibility.

- Counsel Students in selecting suitable courses and universities as per their profile in overseas countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, France, Germany, UAE, Singapore, Switzerland, Georgia, Poland, Turkey, Netherlands, Malaysia, etc.

- Supporting and guiding the students throughout their admission process.

- Being connected with parents or guardians to resolve students- issues during the process of their university admission.

- Regular follow-up with the students.

- Active participation and contribution during education fairs, university visits, and in-house seminars organized by the company.

- Should be hardworking and honest.

- Should have the desire to grow with the organisation.

- Should be well versed in the use of the Internet.

Key Responsibilities :

- Counselling the students for overseas education (USA, UK, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, France, Germany, UAE, Singapore, Switzerland, Georgia, Poland, Turkey, Netherlands, Malaysia, etc).

- Support the students throughout the admission process by answering their questions and helping them to complete the required documents.

- Identifying prospective students by calling and through reference follow-ups.

- Guiding students in their career choices and the benefits of the courses.

- Helping with Visa procedures.

- Calling on the database given and submitting reports to the reporting manager.

- Administering various email Ids and Excels allotted to them

- Understanding the profile of the students in detail.

- Provide information on desired courses in the UK, Canada & other destinations information based on needs & aspirations.

- Provide telephonic counselling to the leads of all resources & invite them to walk into the office for counselling.

- Help students with the overall documentation and entry requirements.

- Ensure timely follow-up with students for documents and student-related activities Aggressive course finding for destinations as required and sharing the same with students accordingly.

- Representing the company during International Education Fairs and events.

- Be flexible and able to meet individual needs by providing person-specific attention

- Sales Attitude

Qualifications : 

- A UG or PG degree in any field.

- Graduation/ Masters in Counselling will be an advantage.

- International Degree will be a plus.
