Role and Responsibilities
- Content Creation : Write clear, concise, and engaging product descriptions, specifications, and other relevant content for various products within the organization's catalog.
- Data Entry : Enter product data accurately into the PIM system, including but not limited to product names, SKUs, pricing information, and categorization.
- Content Enrichment : Enhance product content by adding images, videos, technical specifications, and other relevant information to improve the overall customer experience and drive sales.
- Quality Assurance : Conduct regular audits of product data to identify and correct inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or missing information within the PIM system.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product management to ensure alignment on product content strategies and initiatives.
- Compliance : Ensure product content adheres to relevant industry standards, regulations, and brand guidelines.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in product content management to continually enhance processes and drive efficiency.
- Troubleshooting : Address any issues related to product data management within the PIM system, including data synchronization, integration, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Required Skills :
- 5+ years of proven experience in content creation, preferably within a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Familiarity with leading Product Information Management systems and data management principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is a plus.
