Job Description :
- A popular financial literacy blog in India with over 1 million annual web traffic, is seeking an experienced and talented Marketing Manager/Growth Hacker to help drive our online presence and engage with our audience. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Social Media or SEO, with a strong track record of driving growth and engagement in these areas.
- You will be working directly with the founder of CashOverflow in a full-time role at our Panchkula office.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute organic marketing strategies across Social Media and SEO channels to increase brand awareness, drive targeted traffic, and engage with our audience.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-traffic, low-competition keywords, and optimize content for better visibility on search engines.
- Build and maintain relationships with other writers and marketers in the finance industry to collaborate on content creation and promotion.
- Analyze and report on the performance of organic marketing campaigns using relevant metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in organic marketing and search engine algorithms.
Requirements :
- organic marketing with a track record of driving growth and engagement through social media or SEO.
- In depth Knowledge of search engine optimization techniques, technical audit, and social media algorithms.
- Experience in managing and growing social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. Willingness to work 6 days a week.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
