Digital Campaign Manager - Desktop/Mobile (2-5 yrs)

Campaign Manager
Key Responsibilities & Accountability:
- Manage overall day-to-day operations of Desktop/Mobile Advertising Team.
- Ad & Campaign Delivery, Ad Network Management, Ad Trafficking, Issue Management, ad serving, Ad Optimization.
- Set up Ads/Campaigns / Click Tracking URL / Conversion Tracking Parameters etc.
- Coordinate with the creative Team internally to ensure timely and high quality Ads for the campaigns ensuring excellent CTRs and conversions.
- Investigate and resolve operational queries from Network/account team regarding inventory, creative assignment and tracking discrepancies.
- Strong relationship with direct publishers.
- Devise innovative solutions to achieve the highest ROI for each product and secure incremental revenue.
- Reverse analysis n Optimization of Advertising campaigns through extensive data mining.\
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to deal with dynamic and fast paced changing internal & external environment.
- Customer focused and excellent in relationship management.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and chaos. Be ready to get a call literally any time of the day.
- Hands on experience of FACEBOOK, LINKEDIN, TWITTER, YOUTUBE & PPC campaign
- Rich experience in various online Ad servicing technologies as well as Mobile Ad network including CPC / CPM / CPI/CPA Advertising.
- A team player, prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials, plans concept by studying.
- Must have good troubleshooting, interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
- Work experience: minimum 1-2 years of operational experience from Ad Network or Agency preferred (Familiarity with Desktop/ mobile ads/video sales, knows the best practices; Strong knowledge of digital ecosystem an added advantage)
Qualifications: Engineering from reputed institute and have good analytical and problem solving skills.
Experience: 2 to 3 yrs.
