Digital Aristotle - Manager - Sales (5-6 yrs)
We are currently looking for professionals with experience in handling sales activities for multiple regions in and around Bangalore. We prefer someone with a stronghold in the education sector who will meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Business development role, involving management of end to end sales processes (right from prospecting/cold-calling to deal negotiation, closure and client handling)
- Accountable for achieving set target in allocated regions
- Ensuring strict adherence to all sales processes, right from client research to acquisition to client servicing and management for the first 6 months post-acquisition
- Seek out new prospective customers and develop new business relationships
- Ensure that all prospects are uploaded on the sales force ERP
- Ensure that Targets are achieved with high levels of integrity and compliance.
- To train himself on the product and understand the operational requirement of the product
- Investigate reasons for lost sales
- Promote and be part of a healthy team spirit among the sales team
- Being available to the Clients when they need advice or information
- Generating timely reports, such as monthly sales reports and target performance
- Keeping abreast of market trends, technology, and competitor activity
- To travel extensively across the region to promote the company's programs to clients
