Job Description - Client Relations Officer
- We are looking for a Client Relations Officer to create and nurture long-term relationships with Corporate Clients. You will be working closely with the Head of Learning and assist in building and retaining relationships with companies in multiple domains. You will also provide assistance to our corporate clients as and when there are requests made from their end.
- In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you also have a background in customer service and knowledge of our industry, we- d like to meet you.
- Your goal will be to help us safeguard our reputation and at the same time retain our corporate clientele.
Responsibilities :
- Connect and build relationships with Corporates, MNCs, SMEs, etc. across multiple domains.
- Create plans to address paid internships and placement for the PG Students in the Academy.
- Schedule regular meetings with clients to understand their requirements and provide assistance.
- Act as a point of contact for client concerns, and complaints and escalate issues appropriately and timely.
- Ensure both the Academy and the corporate clients adhere to contract terms.
- Study industry competition to find new ways to connect, build and retain client relations.
- Set plans for student internships as per learning terms, as well as plan for placements in advance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, training, marketing, senior management, etc.) to address client requirements.
- Step up to any role that has been asked by the Learning department to enhance client relations.
Requirements and skills :
- Proven experience as a Client Relations Officer, Recruitment Officer or Relationship Officer
- Background in customer service or Ed-tech industry knowledge or experience is a plus
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
- Proficient in MS Office, LinkedIn, and other Social platforms for building Client relationships
- A customer-oriented and friendly attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving aptitude, and ability to work well with a team
- Minimum one year of experience in a relevant role
- Graduate in any Discipline
- Female candidate preferred
