Roles & Responsibilities:
Explain the customers - based on product offers / benefits
Handling Inbound/Outbound Calls.
Feedback - mails/phones ( communication channel)
Handling customer complaints and follow-ups
Daily calling and taking feedback from each and every customer to whom we sell our products through all the E-commerce channels.
Good Communication & written skills
Must be well versed with MS-Office
Candidates from a background of voice process, E-commerce, tele sales, Customer or seller support are a good fit.
Problem solve and troubleshoot customer issues and complaints with a high level of empathy and respect for each individual case
Negotiate solutions with customers that leave them feeling positive
ELIGIBILITY :
Experience in any kind of telecalling experience will help.
Smart freshers can apply.
Should have Good communication skills.
Should be presentable.
Must be good in English, Manageable with Hindi is an advantage.
Qualification Any Graduate can apply. Should have the ability to understand technology or have a technical background.
