Job Brief:
As an Acquisition Manager, you'll negotiate, seek out, finalize, and organize purchasing deals for your employer. In many cases, acquisitions are grouped with mergers and your main job function will be acquiring other companies and merging them into your company.
Skills and Abilities:
Acquisitions manager must be able to :
- Manage seller acquisition strategy and goals to ensure the product is align with company direction and target market
- 3+ years of experience in areas like BDE/BDM, mergers and acquisitions, consulting, corporate development, or investment banking.
- Understand and analyze the sales trends to plan the pipeline for future products needs
- Review performance and work out action plans to improvise on current strategy
- Strong computer, finance, and analytical skills.
- Ability to negotiate and collaborate with executives
- Strong communication skills, Team player and leadership skills.
- Experience in project management and financial valuation
- Analytical skills, math skills, communication, decision-making, negotiating aptitude
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a business-related major.
