Digio - Executive - Sales & Customer Success (1-4 yrs)
As a Sales & Customer Success Executive at Digio your responsibilities will be:
Sales Responsibilities:
- Inbound lead management: Lead qualification, nurturing, sending pitch deck & proposals and sales closure
- Prospecting clients, identifying use cases, generating outbound leads and reaching out to key stakeholders
- Relationship management
Customer Success Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding
- Working closely with Sales Engineer - Integrations to ensure timely completion of integrations and keeping track of implementations/integrations
- Getting feedback on product from customers and apprising the product team of the same. Highlighting new requirements coming from customers
- Tracking usage, product success and failure metrics (periodic health checks)
- Customer Lifecycle management
- Working with Finance on billing & payments
You have:
- 1-4 years experience in Tech sales (SaaS/Enterprise SaaS/Enterprise solutions),
- Preferably selling to key stakeholders in BFSI, Telecommunications
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive targets
- Pre-sales experience in Enterprise solutions (preferred)
- Excellent presentation & communication skills
- Fair understanding of technology works and understanding of technical documentation (API documents)
