Designation: Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation : Research and identify potential clients in the target market. Utilize various platforms, such as online research, social media, networking events, and cold calling to generate quality leads.

Prospecting and Outreach : Initiate contact with potential clients and engage in persuasive conversations to create interest in our IT Software and Services offerings.

Follow-Up : Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into qualified opportunities.

Quota Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the management.

Market Research : Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify business opportunities and stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Reporting : Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to the management.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Experience : 0-2 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation, preferably in the IT industry.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Tech Savviness : Familiarity with IT Software and Services to understand and effectively present our offerings to potential clients.

Goal-Oriented : Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Team Player : Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.

Problem-Solving Skills : Analytical mindset to identify opportunities and address challenges in the lead generation process.

Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
