Digi Carotene - Executive - Business Development (0-2 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our growth in new and existing markets. The ideal candidate will possess proven sales expertise, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving business growth in the digital marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Planning:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Align sales initiatives with company objectives and market trends.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify and prospect potential clients, including real estate businesses, organizations, and institutions.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our digital marketing services to decision-makers and influencers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
Market Analysis & Insights:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends.
- Identify emerging opportunities and optimize sales strategies accordingly.
Collaboration & Execution:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, brand engagement, and performance marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date leads database to streamline operations.
Reporting & Pipeline Management:
- Provide regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and pipeline updates to senior management.
- Highlight challenges and opportunities for improvement in sales strategies.
Process Optimization:
- Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Brand Representation:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals with clients across various industries and sizes.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
