Job Title: Field Officer

DCL was incorporated in 1995 with a vision to provide financial services and access to marginalized low income groups, especially women entrepreneurs, who do not have a formal access of banking services for their business upliftment. Job Location: Rajasthan/ Haryana/ MP/ UP/ Bihar/ Punjab/ Uttarakhand/ Jammu/ Himachal Pradesh

About Role:

The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate and oversee the lending process for Joint Loan Groups, which are small groups of individuals who come together to access microfinance loans.

Job Responsibilities:

- To conduct survey for the prospective area to deliver our services which mainly include - nearby banks and police stations, hospital facility etc.

- To generate new business for company growth, and achieving your individual target.

- Provide assistance with JLG loan related matters, service, and loan questions.

- Assist in business development by counseling customers on coverage options.

- Functioning with different forms to get details of customers including with complete KYC check in detail for loan disbursement.

- Managing day to day field visit, projection meetings, and operations of the branch.

- Coordinate with respective branch for your monthly, annually targets or acquirement.

- Conduct projection training at respective area for customer knowledge about loan and procedure.

- Collection from customers and deposit payment into bank.

Skills Required:

- Age minimum 21 years to maximum 35 years

- Two Wheeler Vehicle and Driving License is must (Valid Learning License can be considered)

- Good Interpersonal and Communication skills

- Ability to work well in Field

- Little bit understanding of Regional Language

Qualifications: Any Graduate with 1 to 5 years of experience in field sales of any NBFC/ MFI/ BFSI/ Fintech. (Freshers are also eligible)
