DIDM - Business Counsellor (2-4 yrs)
1. Mapping prospective clients, generating business from new and existing clients, increasing sales growth. Developing penetration strategies to achieve target
2. The incumbent will be responsible for handling walk-ins, along with constant follow-ups for achieving the devised sales targets
3. Following up with clients by corporate meetings ( Inside office premise only) or by Telephonic Conversation
4. Making sales and explaining the potential clients regarding the course
5. Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly targets of inquiries, admissions, conversion ratios and installment collections
6. Counseling prospective students/Clients on Training courses offered by DIDM
7. Giving feedback about the inquiries to the Center Manager
8. Making the inquiry and admission related daily reports
9. Telephonic follow ups to the walk-ins after the counseling walk-ins, Skype counselling, corporate events, corporate meetings, seminars, and webinars
10. Taking and Recording references from the inquiries for increasing walk-ins
11. Ensuring the Admission, Course Fee is deposited on time with accounts
12. Mining old inquire for references
13. Achieve the weekly and monthly targets of the business, inquiries, and Admissions
14. Submit daily, weekly and a monthly report on counseling related activities
15. Flexible in working under changing and different work settings
