DIATOZ - Executive - Business Development (0-1 yrs)
Shift Timing:
Morning- 06:30am to 03:30pm/ 10:00am to 07:00pm
Night- 05:30pm to 02:30am/ 06:00pm to 03:00am
Responsibilites
- Utilize telephone solicitation, electronic and written correspondence and faceto-face meetings as tools in order to reach and exceed the budgeted sponsorship target for each conference
- Research and develop a list of potential sponsors for each conference
- Research and develop a list of potential exhibitors when required
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential sponsorship clients and exhibitors
- Keep precise records of conversations with all clients, sponsors and exhibitors;
- Update the company Maximiser database as required
- Invoice sponsors and exhibitors once agreements have been reached
- Assist in preparing promotional material to advertise sales opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of conference timelines and sponsorship deadlines
- Delegate administrative functions to assistants where possible
- Meet with trade and professional organizations and other groups to organize,promote and discuss ICS conference / trade show services
- Professionally represent ICS at all times.
Skills Required
- Strong closing abilities
- Strong business development skills
- An open-mind and can-do attitude
- Any experience of SPIN selling would be beneficial
- Good commercial awareness and strong business acumen
- Experience in the conference and exhibition industry will be advantageous but not necessary
