Designation : Business Development Executive
Location : Jaipur and Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities :
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
3. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
4. Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective lead generation campaigns.
6. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
7. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
8. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management.
9. Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT industry.
3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
7. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
8. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications :
1. Experience in a service-based IT company.
2. Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation techniques.
3. Familiarity with the latest technology trends and their impact on businesses.
