Overview of the Position
Your main goal as a Banking Relationship Manager is to deal and resolve customer queries over the phone, relating to their financial services in the market. The primary responsibility will be to handle and close banking related sales on a day to day basis.
Banking Relationship Manager Responsibilities:
1. Making contact with potential or current customers and notify them about financial products or services.
2. Help customers compare and buy banking products over the phone
3. Advise customers by studying their financial needs and carry out all banking procedures
Key skills:
Fluency in spoken English or Hindi
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
