The Phone Banking Officer - BPO/Telecaller is in charge of providing customer service for banking, financial, and investment needs. The Phone Banking Office is responsible for resolving customer problems over the phone on a regular basis, resulting in better customer service.
Phone Banking Officer - BPO/Telecaller Responsibilities:
1. Direct communication with new or existing clients to deliver information about financial goods and services.
2. Giving customers or clients a solution about the purchasing of financial products.
3. Encourage increased sales and excellent customer service.
4. Assist in the growth and maintenance of a positive company image.
Key abilities:
Fluency in English and Hindi
