Diagright - Manager - Social Media (2-3 yrs)
End-to-end account management for all Social platforms of DiagRight:
- Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, Google
Responsibilities :
1. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
2. Implement social media strategy to align with business goals
3. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content as per SM Calendar
4. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics, and generate report on specific objectives /metrics
5. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in timely manner and monitor reviews
6. Oversee social media accounts- design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout) with Design Team
7. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
8. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
9. Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Requirements :
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Social media manager
- Hands on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Familiarity with web design
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
