Lab Acquisition Team at DiagRight is dynamic and energetic. The team is aggressively building supply end across the country to drive DiagRight to be the on-demand, hyper-local diagnostic ecosystem in India, which aims to standardize the last mile delivery (home sample collection) across the country. Role Summary :
In this individual contributor role, the person will be responsible for creating supply by acquiring new pathology labs. It also involves field visits to the prospective pathology labs for the acquisition and onboarding process.
Job Description :
- Responsible for generating and acquiring pathology to create supply on DiagRight Consumer App.
- Create opportunities for growth by identifying new avenues for Lab Acquisition.
- Ideate, execute and track new initiatives to acquire pathology labs for DiagRight.
- Manage various stakeholders, both internal and external, and act as a liaison for the acquired pathology labs.
- Consistently meet target KPIs, generate and analyze data, create presentations and updates.
- Responsible for managing relationship with pathology labs after acquisition, including supporting the onboarding process of these pathology labs.
- Provide market insights from pathology lab's perspective, including understanding diagnostic industry.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- The role would require extensive travel in the nearby regions and other states. Individual will have to be the kind who enjoys being on the field and convincing the pathology labs to go online with DiagRight.
- Candidate should be comfortable with target driven environment with daily reporting, calls etc.
- Develop and plan to acquire the pathology labs, and execute with urgency to build the supply end.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently as well as a team.
- Basic proficiency in MS-Office (especially MS-Excel)
- Strong problem solving, presentation and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking ability to acquire pathology labs.
- Possesses high-level of accountability.
- Resourceful, able to adapt to various situations, and teachable
