Roles and Responsibilities :
- Managing and guiding a team of 20-25 individuals
- Ensuring compliance and achievement of targets at a daily/weekly basis
- End to end project planning and on ground implementation
- Monitoring and improving the performance of the field agents with assistance from Quality Assessment team
- Providing real time feedback to the field agents to improve the quality of the survey
- Conducting the periodic trainings of the field agents in order to ensure high compliance of the set survey procedures
- Accompanying survey agents on ground on a periodic basis to identify the issues in the quality of the collected data and design measures to improve the data quality on the defined parameters
- Assisting the central team in the hiring of the field agents by sourcing the profiles and conducting interviews
- Creating a pipeline of the field agents in case of shortfall in a particular region
- Ensuring engagement and retention of the survey agents and sourcing the survey agents in case of shortfall in a particular region
- Receiving and resolving the field escalations and the incident reports by coordinating with the responsible teams/ authorities as per the escalation matrix
- Minimising the per sample cost of the survey by ensuring a high rate of data collection without compromising the quality of the collected data
- Contributing in process optimisation, standardisation and rolling out scalable methods to improve operational efficient
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation/ Post Graduation/ MBA/ PGDM in any discipline
- Work experience of 4 to 8 years as Operations/Sales Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Spreadsheets and Google Docs
- Ability to manage a distributed team of field agents
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to understand the data in the dashboards and take decisions accordingly
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel in the assigned territory including overnight stay (Travel and accommodation allowances as per company policy)
- Excellent communication skills
