Job Description :
- Managing team of Relationship Managers, Driving Business/Sourcing
- Mortgages from DSA/Internal channel
- He/She will drive acquisition through Relationship Managers, CA/sub-DSA tie-ups, micromarketing activities besides others
- He/She will be one-point contact for the customer for all mortgage requirements
- Job role will require continuous and regular engagement with the service team, product team, credit administration team, credit policy team, cg/cgs acquisition teams, dsa senior managers and team leaders
- Responsible for disbursal numbers (both Home Loans and Property Power), new accounts
- Responsible for revenue optimization (via boarding rates, fee realization and driving one sell)
- Providing client solutions structuring of deals, product fitment, etc
