DHFL - Area Sales Manager (5-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Sales :
- Allocating target to the Sales Team.
- Develop business plan to support the Sales Team.
- Drive the Sales Team towards achieving their respective target.
- Building Builder/ Corporate Relationships/ DSA relationships
- Executing business plans for the area under purview
Team Management :
- Manage a Team of BSM/DSTs and provide Training and support in team developing activities
- Conduct team meetings, provide individual & team feedback and ensuring team work
- Handle individual and team objections, queries and motivate the team
- Retaining Team Members
- Continuously exploring new business opportunities
- Maintaining credit quality and overall cost control
Note:
1. You will be required to carry out any other assignments if need arises and as directed by the superiors.
2. The above are broad role and responsibilities and may change / enhance as per the requirement of the Organisation.
The role of DSTs in your team is :
- Selling Home Loans/Housing Finance/ Insurance Products and any other product introduced by DHFL.
- Generate Leads From Builder and Other Sources.
- Assisting Team Manager in developing Tie Ups with Builders.
- Any Other task assigned from time to time by his team leader.
Salary : Negotiable
