Responsibilities and Duties
- Candidates should be having excellent communication skills.
- Good at customer handling skills
- Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform.
- Candidates with experience in collection or mortgage service will have an advantage.
- Engaging with Network partners and Community partners of the company.
- Manage referrals and customer feedback.
- Query handling and troubleshooting.
- Helping to build good customer relations
- Good communication skills
- Strategies to engage the community.
Knowledge, abilities, and skills:
- Presentable, with a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
- Sales and persuasion skills; People skills, along with the ability to quickly develop a rapport with prospective clients and -institutional partners.
- Being able to manage multiple tasks within a small, interconnected work-environment.
Key Skills :
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Ability to prioritize, organize and maintain lead and client records. Ability and willingness to learn new skills. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
