Job Description of Senior Relationship Manager at Dhanvesttor:

As a Senior Relationship Manager at Dhanvesttor you will be an integral part of our sales team, dedicated to building and nurturing robust client relationships. Your efforts will not only strengthen and grow our financial partnerships but also contribute to our overall success. The role will provide you the opportunities to enhance your relationship management skills and gain experience and build a rewarding career within the fast-paced financial wealth-management industry in which Dhanvesttor operates.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Graduate degree

2. At least 8-12 years of experience with a similar profile in the Financial Services industry.

3. Should have strong connections with Priority clients

4. Excellent sales and negotiation abilities to identify opportunities and drive business growth

5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships 6. Problem-solving skills to address client needs and resolve issues

7. Professional discretion

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

9. Well-developed & Presentable

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition: Responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding Dhanvesttor's client base


2. Client Education and Guidance: Educating clients about Dhanvesttor's investment strategies, financial products (PMS & Mutual Fund Distributor) and co-learning and community-building facilities (CLCB)

3. Client Relationship Manager: Should build and nurture strong and seamless relationships with assigned distributors/clients to drive Dhanvesttor's business growth

4. Client Retention: To focus on retaining existing clients for sustained success at Dhanvesttor

5. Sales: Prospecting and selling Dhanvesttor's PMS, CLCB services & Third Party Mutual Funds to Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals through direct sales efforts using consumer behaviour theories

6. Target-Oriented Performance: Responsible for achieving Dhanvesttor's targets (at least 3x plus of salary) effectively

7. Stock Market and Industry Analysis: Analysing market and industry trends is key.
