As part of our growing team, we are looking for a driven and proactive Business Development/Sales Intern to help expand our client base.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development/Sales Intern at Teevro, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, driving outreach efforts, and developing relationships with potential clients. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of business development and sales, with the potential to directly impact the growth of a dynamic digital agency.

Key Responsibilities:

- LinkedIn Outreach: Research and identify business owners and key decision-makers on LinkedIn in targeted industries. Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages to initiate conversations about Teevro's services.

- Lead Generation: Identify new potential clients and build a comprehensive sales funnel. Maintain a database of leads and update the CRM with outreach status.

- Cold Messaging & Follow-Ups: Execute Teevro's outreach strategy by sending initial messages and timely follow-ups to generate interest in analytics and other services.

- Engaging with Prospects: Respond to inquiries, share relevant case studies, and nurture potential leads through the sales cycle.

- Market Research: Stay up to date on industry trends and insights to identify new sales opportunities and suggest potential outreach strategies.

- Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly reports summarizing outreach progress, responses, and leads in the pipeline.

- Sales Support: Assist in setting up meetings and calls with potential clients and coordinate with senior team members to ensure smooth handover.

- Social Media Marketing: Assist in handling social media handles and campaigns

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Ability to craft clear, persuasive, and personalized messages.

- Proactive and Results-Oriented: A self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently while maintaining a focus on results.

- Understanding of Sales Concepts: Basic knowledge of sales principles and strategies is preferred. Prior sales or business development experience is a plus.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using LinkedIn and other digital platforms for lead generation. Basic understanding of digital services (analytics, web development) is an advantage.

- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple prospects at various stages in the sales funnel and keep track of outreach efforts meticulously.

- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with senior team members and follow guidance to optimize outreach and lead generation efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field / understanding of these subjects.

- Prior internship experience in sales, business development, or a related role would be an advantage.

- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
