Job Overview:

- Our company is looking for Showroom Sales Professional (preferably female) to be responsible for attending our clients, generating leads and meeting sales goals for our complete range of products.


- Duties will include making sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients. The candidate will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and maintain the showroom's daily operations, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and professional environment that encourages customer engagement and satisfaction.

- Study and thoroughly understand the features of all products on offer, enabling you to effectively demonstrate and recommend suitable solutions to customers.

- Organize and display products in a manner that is both visually captivating and functional, while allowing for ease of movement throughout the showroom.

- Ensure that test models and product displays are consistently set up in impeccable condition, showcasing the products at their best.

- Train and mentor staff on effective sales techniques, customer communication, and showroom protocols to drive sales and improve customer interactions.

- Supervise the handling of test models and product displays to avoid damage and maintain their quality and appeal.

- Take charge of negotiating prices and payment plans with customers, ensuring smooth and successful closure of sales while adhering to company policies.

- Provide guidance to customers on restocking needs, new arrivals, and the best product choices suited to their specific requirements.

- Foster a positive and motivating work atmosphere by resolving any staff conflicts and promoting a harmonious, productive environment.

- Keep detailed records of sales transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of progress towards sales goals.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that promotional materials and advertisements align with the showroom's overall objectives and branding.

- Prepare regular sales reports and share with seniors.

- Connect with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors & Fabricators to generate maximum business.

- Visit Markets whenever required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing or a similar field is highly advantageous.

- Presentable with a professional demeanor, maintaining a polished and approachable image.

- Prior experience in showroom sales is a must, ideally at a similar company or in the interior design industry.

- Extensive experience selling comparable products, preferably in interior design or building materials.

- Ability to design and create spaces that are engaging, welcoming, and aesthetically appealing.

- Strong ability to convince hesitant or indecisive clients to make purchasing decisions.

- Top-notch training and mentoring skills to develop and lead the showroom team effectively.

- Outstanding teamwork, communication, and arbitration abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

- In-depth knowledge of showroom management and customer relations.

- Good knowledge of the interior design and building materials industry is a plus.

- Proficient in e-mailing, MS Office and knowledge of CRM systems is must.

- Strong Network with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors & Fabricators.
