Our company is BSE listed. We have 6 manufacturing Units and have a strong Pan India presence through Offices/ Showrooms/ Application centers/Depots in many major cities of the country.

Job Overview:

- Our company is seeking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professionals for Channel Sales to drive the growth of our products in the assigned region. The sales professional will be responsible for managing and expanding our network of channel partners, including distributors, dealers, and architects, to increase market penetration and revenue generation for our offerings.


- The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in channel sales, a solid understanding of the relevant market and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Partner Acquisition & Development:

- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (distributors, dealers, architects, builders, etc.) in the assigned region to expand our product distribution.

- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring satisfaction and continued collaboration.

- Work with partners to understand their needs and develop customized sales strategies for mutual growth.

Sales Target Achievement:

- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective channel partner management and sales strategies.

- Analyze and monitor the performance of channel partners, providing guidance and support to help them meet their yearly targets.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team, tracking progress against goals.

- Carry our product samples and catalogues show to prospective clients to have a look & feel of our products.

Organize Dealers & Fabricators Meets :

- Plan, coordinate, and execute dealer and fabricator meetings to strengthen partnerships and drive sales.

- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, invitations, and agenda creation.

- Ensure smooth event execution, addressing any issues promptly.

- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to align content and presentations.

- Provide training and product information during events to enhance partners' knowledge and sales effectiveness.

- Collect feedback post-event for continuous improvement and future event planning.

Training & Support:

- Provide ongoing product training, technical support, and sales tools to channel partners to help them sell our products effectively.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide channel partners with updated promotional materials, product literature, and market insights.

Market Analysis & Expansion:

- Identify new market opportunities within the assigned region and work to expand the presence of Dhabriya Polywood Limited's products in untapped areas.

- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement :

- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, customer service, operations) to ensure timely delivery, product availability, and customer satisfaction for channel partners.

- Share feedback from channel partners on product enhancements, market conditions, and customer needs with relevant internal teams.

Problem Resolution:

- Address issues or concerns raised by channel partners, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong partner relationships.

- Act as a liaison between the company and its partners to resolve disputes and ensure smooth operations.

Management Reporting:

- Submit regular reports, including daily call updates, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory analysis, to track sales performance and market trends.

- Keep management informed on progress, sales achievements, and market conditions, providing actionable insights for decision-making.

Qualifications / Skills/ Attributes:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Computer Knowledge: Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is must. Proficient in Emailing.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales in a similar industry.

Performance: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a channel sales role.

Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of the relevant products market, building materials, and distribution networks.

Market Understanding: Knowledge of market dynamics in the assigned region and the ability to drive sales growth locally.

Presentable: Should be Presentable with a professional demeanor, maintaining a polished and approachable image.

Channel Sales & Lead Generation: Strong expertise in driving channel sales by identifying potential customers through research, networking and cold calling. Managing channel partners such as distributors, dealers, architects and builders. Skilled in generating high-quality leads, expanding the partner network, and creating strategies to increase sales volume and market penetration.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with channel partners, close deals, and create win-win situations that benefit both the company and its partners.

Customer-Centric: Focused on understanding and addressing partner needs for mutual success to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Competitor Analysis: Skilled in monitoring and analyzing competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to drive decisions.

Self-Motivated: Driven to meet sales targets and motivated to succeed in a competitive market.

Problem Solver: Quick to identify challenges and offer practical solutions.
