Key Deliverables
1.New Client Acquisition, Revenue Generation, Advertising, Promotion. Annual deals with client/agency. High degree of market penetration
2.Relationship Building with Marketing Agencies/Service providers/Clients(Current & Potential)
3.Developing Plans / Collaterals /Promotion schemes acquire clients and meet revenue and collection targets for self and team.
4. Strategic Tie Ups with Corporate /Premium Brands for Advertising.
Strategic Planning :
- Establishing corporate goals, short term and long term budgets and developing business plans for the achievement of these goals.
- Planning business &analyzing for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities.
Profit Centre Operations
- Identifying & developing new streams for long term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
- Utilizing the public information and personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
Sales, Operations and Marketing :
- Developing marketing strategies to build consumer preference and driving volumes.
- Evaluating marketing budgets periodically including manpower planning initiatives and ensuring adherence to planned expenses.
- Providing direction to execute promotions/launches in sync with regional characteristics.
Key Account Management :
- Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development.
- Identifying prospective clients from various sectors, generating business from the existing, thereby achieving business targets.
- Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.
Channel Management :
- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealer- s/channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration.
- Evaluating performance & monitoring distributor sales and marketing activities.
- Monitoring dealer sales and marketing activities; implementing effective strategies to maximize sales.
Client Servicing :
- Assessing the customer feedback, evaluating areas of improvements with regular scientific analysis for evolving newer growth patterns of the brand.
- Maintaining excellent professional relations with clients to generate avenues for additional business.
- Handling customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by regular analysis and up gradation of delivery & service quality norms.
