Job Description:
1. Prepare and achieve sales budget vertical wise for the zone.
2. Prepare and monitor expenses budget for the zone.
3. Organization development Manpower planning, recruitment and training.
4. Motivation and performance monitoring of sales team and back end office staff & Distributors.
5. Subordinate development Guide and monitor the performance of individual.
6. Team Building Build synergy between the sales team and manufacturing plants.
7. Define short term and long term goals for the zone.
8. Define and implement strategy for sales growth.
9. Define pricing strategy and profit monitoring.
10. Define strategy for new business development and monitor performance.
11. Builds relations with key customers and channel partners across verticals.
12. Work closely with manufacturing plants to improve service levels.
13. Receivable collection and C form collection within defined time frame.
14. Participating in exhibitions and working on Brand building.
15. Working on to generate leads for cross-selling from within the team.
16. Tracking competitor activities and developing strategies to counter the same.
17. Compliance with company policies and procedures within zones.
18. Inter zonal exchange of communication on any major breakthrough
