DGM - Marketing - Pharma (7-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Present production capabilities to nutra/pharma companies.
- Lead the development of new, niche nutra products.
- Drive global marketing and brand-building initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to deliver impactful results.
Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA in a relevant field.
- Experience in Branding & Brand Building is essential for US & UK Market
- Experience in CMO or CDMO roles, with a focus on Business Development or hybrid Marketing/BD roles in B2B Environment is must.
- Experience presenting production capabilities to nutra/pharma companies (premium production experience is a bonus).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to energize cross-functional teams.
