DGM/GM/AVP/Lead - Sales - SaaS (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end to end sales cycles including lead generation, sales presentations, technology demonstrations, commercial proposal submissions, contract negotiations, revenue generation and account receivables.
- Develop a consulting and a trusted advisory relationship with client stakeholders, executive sponsors.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis and convert client needs into enterprise contracts to meet sales quota/target.
- Work cross-functionally with the business development, marketing, delivery and finance team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Analyze latest marketing trends using CRM and analytics tools and tracking competitor's activities and providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning marketing strategies.
- Go the extra mile to make it a great experience for the client and build a great organization with a get-things-done attitude.
- Key Responsibility is to generate new business revenue by identifying, engaging and closing target prospect -opportunities through the development of key relationships at multiple points within complex matrix organizations.
- Work strategically to prospect and win high profile new business accounts through lead generation to securing contracts.
- Prospect for new opportunities in collaboration with our lead generation teams as well as identifying and developing opportunities from within your territory.
- Build a strong understanding of the solution and a deep understanding of the customer value proposition.
- This role will have individual as well as team target
What we are looking for :
- 5+ yrs in alliances, partnerships, sales or similar experience.
- MBA degree is a plus, not a must
- Exceptional communication skills- written & verbal
- Proven ability towards constructive networking.
- Team player and multitasker with exceptional organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the rewards/gift cards/perks industry is a plus
- Prior experience in selling or managing clients for SaaS products/Tech solutions and similar enterprise solutions
- Hands-on experience on account management CRMs like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, and similar
- Ability to manage clients/partners independently with minimum supervision
- Extensive experience in software sales with demonstrable experience in an enterprise SaaS environment into HR solutions preferred.
- Proven track record of success in high-value enterprise technology deal management with a clear understanding of the SaaS buying cycle and of exceeding
