DGM - Business Development - Real Estate (10-13 yrs)
To head the Sales & Marketing operations of one location.
- Candidate shall have experience in Sales & Marketing of Real Estate
- Also shall have hands on experience in Marketing and Brand strategies.
- Responsible for Direct Sales, Channel Sales & Corporate tie-up activities for residential project
- Develop and execute plans for Direct & Channel Sales activities. Forecast market needs;
- Identify key segments and develop a Market positioning plan to target key segments
- Analyze Responses VS Sales of campaigns and accordingly modify the sales plans.
- Generating new business opportunity for organization
Competent and result oriented professional with 10 to 12 years working experience across sales, marketing and Business Development in real Estates Business with excellent communication skills.
