We are seeking to identify DGM Brand Activation for a Leading Life Insurance organization.
Position - DGM Brand Activation
Location - Bangalore
Role
- To leverage on BTL activations and help the company meet its top line and bottom line objectives. Ensure on ground visibility of products and services on offer and enhance customer engagement by offering various engagement opportunities.
Key Accountabilities :
- Lead Generation for all Channels
- Create self to do template brand activation programs for all Channels.
- Tie up with brands for co-marketing activations for customer acquisition and advisor recruitment
- Create opportunities for Corporate worksites & regular customer
- Multimedia led brand activations that helps establish ownership at category level
Partner and Sales Management
- Help the sales teams Partner Prospecting / Onboarding / Satisfaction / Venue Management.
- Partner sales support teams in running engagement programs
- Regular Communication development for sales programs
Budget and commercial management for activities
- Deliver on ROI for Recruitment and business led activities
- Collateral and Vendor Management
- Regular insights on Brand Activations and competition update
- Manage brand hygiene at branch offices e.g. wall management, local initiatives to comply with brand guidelines, branch signages
- Brand activation governance
