We are hiring DGM-Agency Banking /Community Banking(BC/URC/Financial Inclusion Verticals) for an Indian bank - Job location-Bangalore
Must have experience in BD/Sales in BC/URC/Financial Inclusion Verticals units.
Job Description
- The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with Corporate & Individual BCs
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in RBI guidelines and policies on URC and BC related, Knowledge and experience in selling Financial products like Casa/ FD/ RD/ Insurance ect..
- Comfortable to travel frequently.
- Contacting potential Corporate BCs to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new initiatives on financial inclusion and Rural Banking.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities to build capacity of BC.
- Increasing the value of current BCs while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving BC Network.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events as per RBI.
- Responsible for P&L of entire vertical. Developing goals for the field team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
