DFM FOODS - Area Sales Executive/Area Sales Manager (7-10 yrs)
The position would be BASED AT AMBALA
SALES :
1. Preparation, implementation and review of sales plan
2. Continuous monitoring & Assessment the work of Sales Supervisor and Territory Manager
3. Daily monitoring of sales and retail productivity; & weekly sales review
4. Cross Checking the updation/operation of Beats
5. Continuous training at the time of Joint Field Work
6. Weekly/Monthly submission of sales related reports
7. Routine Market Visit
8. Market Development-Consolidation of existing covered areas and expansion into new areas.
9. Generation of Primary Sales in line with Secondary Sales
10. Activities related to the tertiary sales in the region
BRANDING :
1. Taking care of promotional activities for Brand Awareness & Visibility
2. Execution of marketing activities and monthly reporting and review
3. Responsible for tracking & monitoring competitor's products & activity
DISTRIBUTOR MANAGEMENT :
1. Routine visits to distributors
2. Ensuring a proper inventory management, distribution & Re-distribution so that orders procured are supplied on time
3. Maintain and develop good business relationship with all existing distributors
4. Ensure proper Depot/CFA Management
5. Approval/Appointment of Distributors
6. Ensure necessary ROI of the distributor
