Experience : 2+ Years in Sales (Health care Preferable)
Location : Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi NCR
CTC : p to 5LPA
Job type : Full Time job - Work from Office
Workdays : 6 working days.
Weekly off : Weekly off would be provided between Monday to Friday only, this job requires the candidate to work on Saturday and Sundays compulsorily considering the high level of engagement from the customers on these specific days.
Job responsibilities :
- Convert the leads and Generate revenue.
- Understand customer needs and pitch about the product and services.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Achieve Daily/Weekly/monthly targets.
- Call on the database provided & generate revenue and increase the customer base.
- Ability to convert leads from BTL campaigns.
- Assist the team in marketing initiatives to increase outreach to customers.
- Maintain Documentation and Communicate the same to Stakeholders by recording customer queries and details.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
What are we looking for?
1. 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Domestic Calling, Outbound/Cold Calling, Client Relationship Management and B2B/Corporate Sales skills.
- Should have Sales & Revenue generation experience.
- Should have done BTL activities.
- Willing to travel on the field.
- Should have good business acumen, to build the business by word of mouth.
- He/She should be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
- Must be fluent in communicating in English & Hindi. Any other regional language will be an added value (South Indian Language)
